Best Ways to Reheat Pizza Slices
There are different ways to reheat pizza, which I will go into detail below. The best ways to heat leftover pizza slices are to use the oven, microwave, or a toaster oven.
1: Reheat Pizza in an Oven
If you have an oven, the oven method is the best method to reheat your pizza and my preferred method. If you are strapped for time, then use one of the other methods below for a quicker way to reheat your pizza. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the pizza on a baking sheet pan covered in aluminum foil into the hot oven on the middle rack. You could also use a pizza stone if you have one on hand. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
2: Reheat Pizza in a Microwave
There are many ways to reheat pizza, but the microwave oven is one of the easiest if you are just going to be heating up a single slice. Just place the pizza on a microwavable plate and heat it for a few minutes. The time will vary depending on the power of your microwave, so be sure to check the pizza periodically to make sure it’s not burning. You will get a softer crust (not a crispy crust) with this convenient method but it is the easiest way to get a hot slice of pizza with melted cheese.
3: Way to Reheat Pizza in a Toaster Oven
There are a few ways to reheat pizza in a toaster oven. One way is to place the pizza on the top wire rack and cook it on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, and the crust is crispy. Another way is to place the pizza slices on the bottom wire rack and cook it on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, and the pizza crust is crispy.
I hope you found a new way to reheat your slices of pizza, even though a cold pizza slice is just as good!
